This video covers comparison between basic Read / Write and Sync Read / Write Instruction by using Arduino example code.

With many DYNAMIXELs, Sync Instruction synchronize actuators at once while basic Read / Write must be done for only one DYNAMIXEL. The Sync Instruction will a good option to prevent a motion discrepancy.
